Plantoria – Return & Refund Policy

At Plantoria, we want every plant you receive to feel like the perfect addition to your space. If something doesn’t feel right with your order, we’re here to help — simply, fairly, and with care.


✅ Eligibility for a Refund

You may request a return or refund within 14 calendar days of receiving your order if:

  • You notify us within this timeframe

  • The item is unused and in its original packaging

  • The item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect


🚫 Non-Refundable Items

Because plants are living items, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Live plants that have been opened, watered, repotted, or used after delivery

  • ❌ Items returned without original protective packaging (where packaging is required to prevent damage)

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Final sale, clearance, or heavily discounted products

  • ❌ Items marked as non-returnable at checkout

📝 How to Request a Return / Replacement

To start a request, please contact our support team and provide:

  • Your order number

  • A brief explanation of the issue

  • Clear photos of the plant/item and packaging (if applicable)

Once reviewed, we’ll guide you through the next steps.


🔄 Return & Refund Process

1) Review & Approval

Our team will assess your request and may ask for additional details if required.

2) Resolution Options

If approved, we may offer one of the following (depending on the situation):

  • Replacement plant/item

  • Store credit

  • Refund to original payment method

📦 Return shipping may be required for non-plant items.
For incorrect/damaged items, we’ll guide you based on the case.

3) Refund Issuance

If a refund is approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to the original payment method

⏳ Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear (depending on your payment provider).


📌 Important Notes

  • All requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

  • For damaged/incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was incorrect or damaged

  • Claims may be declined if there are signs of misuse, neglect, or damage after delivery

  • Excessive or suspicious return activity may result in review or refusal
