5. Order Process

  • Orders are confirmed once full payment is received.

  • Plantoria reserves the right to cancel orders due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock limitations.


6. Right of Withdrawal

  • Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused and returned in original packaging in a resalable condition.
    (Note: Due to the nature of live plants, some items may be non-returnable — see Return Policy for details.)


7. Returns & Refunds

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Items must be returned in original, undamaged condition to qualify for a refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Plantoria reserves the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

  • International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.


9. Product Quality & Warranty

  • Each Plantoria order is checked before dispatch.

  • Product images aim to reflect actual colors and appearance as accurately as possible; variations may occur due to lighting, seasonal changes, and natural plant growth.

  • Any issues must be reported within 14 days of delivery.

  • Warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, incorrect watering/light conditions, repotting damage, natural aging, seasonal shedding, pest exposure after delivery, or pet-related damage.


10. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.

  • Standard delivery may take up to 30 days, depending on destination.

  • Customers will be notified of delays or stock-related issues.

  • If delivery is not possible, a replacement or full refund may be offered.


11. Payments
